Option 3: We send the coal to someone else without revealing your name in the package. This option is only SEMI-anonymous. If the recipient emails us and asks who the sender is, we will tell on you. This method of sending coal requires that you email us.

1) You will need to email us. In your email, tell us:

a) your name, address (and phone number?)

b) the recipients’ names and addresses

c) how you want us to identify the anonymous giver (you). For example, we can include a neatly handwritten note on one of our gift cards. “Someone asked us to send you a special present.” Or “Someone thought you deserved some coal.” Or another very, very, short but, not nasty message.

NOTE: We will not put your name in or on the mailed package to the gift recipient. But if the recipient later emails us, hotly demanding to know who sent them coal, we have decided that we will reveal your name and email address to the recipient. We’re in this for the fun, not the danger. Our return address is on the box.

2) After we get the email from you giving us all the specific information, we will calculate the sum of your items and total shipping costs and send you an email invoice that has links to take you to the Paypal site. At the Paypal site, you will need to sign up for the free Paypal account if you are not already registered with Paypal. Using Paypal allows us to invoice you and accept credit card payments without us ever seeing your credit card or personal financial information. ( Why we use Paypal? )

In our emailed invoice to you, we will tell you what products we are going to send, and where, and what the note in the packages will be. Check this information very carefully. If it is not correct, please email us.

Shipping and handling charges apply separately to each address. We will calculate these and include them as an item on the invoice. For example, if you want us to send coal to ten different recipients, we have to charge $6.00 plus $3.00 shipping and handling for each package. For example, if you want us to send ten bags to five places (a pair of bags to five destinations), the cost would be $6.00 plus $6.00 (for coal item, bag or ornament) plus $4.00 (S&H) for each of the five addresses.

Note: For some users, the “total” shown on one of the early Paypal pages is the complete total, including Shipping and Handling and any applicable Texas Sales Tax. Other users report being shown the complete detailed invoice at the very beginning of the process. Anyway, before the process is complete you will see a detailed, accurate invoice with all the costs broken out before you hit the final “Pay” button. You may cancel anytime until you hit the final “Pay” button.

3) As soon as Paypal shows you have paid the invoice, we will immediately get your special order(s) in the mail. You will send you an email with a Postal Service delivery confirmation number when we mail your package.

Privacy Notice: We will never give your email address or any other personal information to anyone, anytime, except when you have agreed for us to, by buying using Option 2 or Option 3. Then. we would only identify you to the gift recipient. We will never share information about you with anyone else. Promise.
